Stains that Resurface Explained

"I just had my carpets cleaned, now all the urine stains came back! Why?"M D M 125

We, at PetPeePee System, hear this statement at least 10 times a day, "I had my carpets cleaned and they smelled and looked wonderful!   Almost one week later all the urine stains came back even bigger than before! What happened?" When we get this question here is our best analogy.

Just Imagine...

Just imagine you go into the shower, grab a bottle of shampoo, lather your hair until it can stand on its own, then turn off the water and dry off. It sounds perpostorous, you still have tons of soap in your hair! However, at that moment its clean, right?  In about less than an hour your hair starts to feel sticky.
About a week later, who knows what is growing in your hair, the thought alone is frightening. So, lets just say that you would never do such a thing, however, when steam or dry cleaning comes to clean your house that is exactly what they are doing to your carpets, oriental rugs/area rugs, and/or furniture.

What Exactly Happens

When steam cleaning or dry cleaning companies come to clean your rug they tell you your carpet will look like new. And guess what? They're right! Your carpet has never looked cleaner! However, theirs an untold story going on right below your feet.
These systems simply graze the surface, they push soap right into the carpet, almost to the padding, and leave it there! The rinsing process that is crucial to an efficient cleaning, never takes place! Therefore, in regards to peepee, the soap (soap is made from fat, therefore-protein) becomes a nutrient for bacteria to grow. And oh boy do they grow!
After just a couple of days the bacteria in the urine that was left in the padding, starts to feed on the soap and dead bacteria on the surface. The result? That brown/yellow stain on your "never looked cleaner" carpet.

Cleaning Products

The same goes for cleaning products. People try all kind of cleaning products that are made for carpets to eventually products that are made for kitchen counters! Every time another cleaning product is pushed down into your carpet, the bacteria has a new food source. Another example, imagine you go to wash your hands. You take the soap, rub a dub dub, skip the rinse process, grab a towel, dry off and go. Same here, take the cleaning product to your carpet, rub a dub scrub and walk away.

Copy of xxxx 025Urine, Vomit, Diarreha, Blood and Feces

No one wants to admit that any of these bodily functions live in their carpet at this very moment. But, if you want to remove the bacteria, stain, odor, and any other grievances they cause you, proper procedure is necessary.

  • First, when applying any product to any of these stains, you must be sure that you can rinse your carpet of the blood, urine, diarrhea, vomit, feces, and the soap. Otherwise the stain will come back.

  • Second, if you've finally given up hope and are now using your harsh tile cleaner to remove the stain, you'll eventually find that the stain has become permanent and, now, their's no miracle in the world to save it. The harsher the product, the more likely it is to contain bleach. Apply bleach to anything and you get a permanent stain that will haunt you forever. The safer, the better.

Safer, Better, Guaranteed

If you've done all you can and the odor and/or stain is not going away then PetPeePee System can help. Using only naturally blended minerals from the Dead Sea and a cold water system rather than steam or dry cleaning systems, PetPeePee System Guarantees to Permanently Remove the Urine Odor and STAINS THAT ARE REMOVED WILL NEVER RESURFACE! How?
a7     Because, when we apply the minerals to your carpet, our high-powered machine extracts the urine and the minerals leaving your carpet free from any jungles of bacteria. Also, our Do It Yourself Cleaning Product is two parts, the liquid (minerals from the Dead Sea) and a powder that is used to draw out both the urine and minerals as shown above.

Remember, you wouldn't wash your hair and leave the shower without rinsing. Don't let your carpet fall victim to the bacterium's jungle.

Are You Trying To Sell A House Full of PeePee?

We, at PetPeePee System, have heard the woes of many relators that try to for salesell their home that just won't sell. Not because of the Economy being in a down turn, but because the previous tenants had dogs (or cats) that prefered the living room to the back yard. What do you do when you've tried every product, system and voodoo practice to try and rid the urine odor and it still lingers like a plague?

Whether you're the tenant and landlord trying to sell and move out of the house or you're the landlord that had the house rented out the past year and now you're trying to sell it, the problem is the same.
When you have a prospective buyer coming to look at the house and as soon as they open the door they're smacked with a strong dose of PeePee070806 243 Vanilla (PeePee and the deodorizer the cleaning products and systems contain), they immediately reconsider the purchase of the house. Don't let your house go unsold or lower the value of your house because of PeePee.

When Using Steam or Dry Cleaning

If you're a landlord and you have tried using steam or dry cleaning to come clean the empty house, you know that the urine odor remains, why?

Steam Cleaning

A process that uses boiling hot water to clean your carpet. As most of us know, hot water kills bacteria. Initially, the hot water kills the bacteria in the rug, however what most of us fail to realize, is that once the hot boiling water becomes luke warm and damp, bacteria starts to grow at rapid pace in this moist, damp, and humid location. Along with the hot water, steam cleaning uses soap. By using soap on dirt your carpets will look cleaner than ever. However, using soap on peepee just creates a feeding ground for bacteria (Note: bacteria grows with nutrients and the right environment, such as the depths of your carpet). The end result? A room that smells like vanilla (the deodorizer they use to make your house smell good), then after 2 days to a week you start noticing brown or black stains on the carpet and suddenly that vanilla scent that you looked forward to smelling has become tainted with that very distinct smell of peepee. Now, you have PeePee Vanilla and brown stains. (Note: these brown stains are the bacterial jungle that multiplied to millions, maybe even billions, in just a matter of days. Sometimes these stains even become permanent.)

Dry Cleaning

Is an interesting system that uses several different techniques to clean your carpet, however they are very similar. One of them uses carbonated water and a cleaning agent (chemical) that is sprayed as a mist onto the carpet. With a buffer type machine, the mixture is pushed into the carpet, downfall? The padding, or bottom of the carpet is not cleaned, and there is little or no removal system. So, anything that was pushed into the carpet does not come up, effectively. Other processes involve adding chemicals or cleaning agents that attach itself to dirt, from there a vacuum is used to lift the dirt and the cleaning agent. This process is effective for just dirt, it cleans the carpet and it's dry within a day.  However, urine is another beast entirely. The dry cleaning process only cleans the surface of the carpet and peepee travels to the bottom, making it almost impossible to extract. Urine is basically a live substance that can live in your carpet for a long period of time and continue to smell for even longer.

These methods basically target dirt and other elements that make your carpet look a little darker than the day you moved in. To remove the urine odor, 100%, a new type of system is needed. That system today, is called PetPeePee.

The PetPeePee System

By using cold water instead of hot water, bacteria doesn't have a warm place to multiply. Also, by using naturally blended minerals from the Dead Sea, (developed by the PetPeePee System) the bacteria in urine is immediately killed and minerals stay. Our system is also specifically designed to penetrate deep into the padding and immediately vacuum both the urine,#1561 (36) our minerals, the water, and the soap that was added to your carpet. Our system is Guaranteed to Permanently Remove Dog and Cat Urine Odor. How? Simple, we don't use any soap/detergent, deodorizer or enzymes that basically, as discussed before, mask the urine odor.

How We Can Help Sell Your House

If you're house is filled with urine odor and you've tried everything, try the one system that will solve your problems. Selling your home today is hard enough, don't make it harder. Eliminate the urine odor once and for all and sell your house. PetPeePee System was developed this system and naturally blended minerals from the Dead Sea for this specific problem and we are here to help.

Why Are My Cats Peeing In/On...?

[polldaddy poll=2068233]

Hidden Meaning In Your Cat's Pee

Cats are very sneaky, smart and creatures of instincts. Unlike dogs, cats usually have a reason for peeing in certain areas of the house. Of course the cat could just decide to pee somewhere for no reason at all, but most cats have a hidden meaning in their peeing habits. Read into your cat's pee and find out what your little princess (or prince) is really telling you.

"Did My Cat Pee On My Drapes ?!" Copy of xxxxx 2175

There are several reasons for your cat peeing/spraying on your drapes. The first reason Mr. Martin, Inventor and Owner of PetPeePee System, has found is that the cat will typically pee on the drapes that is directly behind a sofa or couch where a certain someone is sitting. This may sound bizarre and unusual, however, if there is someone in your house that doesn't care too much for your cat, the cat knows it. Therefore, the cat will pee in the area where that person sits. Mr. Martin has been to many homes where this is the case. Same for furniture. If you find your cat peeing in one specific area on the sofa this is probably the reason; whether it be someone new to the house that visits frequently, or someone living in the house that doesn't like the cat and vice verse.

Also, if you notice your cat has started, or has been peeing on the window sill, their may be something provoking your cat to pee that you haven't noticed before. In this case, their may be a stray cat coming near the same window, but from the outside. When the stray cat comes and pees near/on the window, your cat smells it and tries to mark his/her territory by peeing also. Your cat is simply staking its claim on the house and, unfortunately, leaving your window sill full of peepee.

"My Cat Never Pees Out of The Litter Box, Why is she peeing now?!"cartoon cat

If your cat is a loyal litter box peer and suddenly he/she starts peeing in another area in the house the cat may be telling you that he/she doesn't feel well. They may have a stomach ache or another kind of pain, and the only way they know to get your attention is to pee. If cats could talk they would probably tell us they don't feel well, and probably some other things we may not want to know, however this is not possible. Therefore the hidden meaning in this pee may be that they are sick, and they may need your help.

Another reason your cat may suddenly start peeing in an area not permissable by you is they feel neglected. If you have a new visitor, new pets, baby, husband, wife, pregnancy, or new factors in life (such as moving) that affect your attention to your cat they may become jealous and start demanding your attention by peeing. Cats are like humans in this sense and do not want to be neglected, now, you may say that cats are independent and don't need human interaction all the time. Yes, cats are independent and they don't need your attention ALL the time, but they certainly need your attention on a daily basis. Your cat is like family and they expect to be treated as so.

"I bring my cat with me everywhere in my Louis Vuitton Bag and now she's peeing in it!" xxxxx 856

If you've ever tried to hold your cat for more than 20 minutes you tend to find that your cat wants to get as far away as possible. You may beg, plead with your cat to make them stay in your arms but it never works. Some cats love this and you're blessed if your cat does, however most can't be in the same place for more than a certain amount of time. So, if you try and keep  your cat in your Louis Vuiton bag  for longer than that amount of time your cat will pee, which is saying, "Hey! GET ME OUT OF HERE!"
Note: PetPeePee System cleans all types of materials and has even cleaned this Louis Vuitton bag belonging to a loyal customer. The most common reasons for cats peeing: something's wrong with the litter box.

  •  First and foremost, if you have two cats, you need two litter boxes, if you 10 cats you need 10 litter boxes. Cats DO NOT like to share (in most cases).

  • xxxxx 1022Also, when cats use the litter box they demand privacy just like humans. So, putting a litter box near a door, or in an open hallway is unacceptable!  Have you ever noticed that if you look at your cat while they're doing their business they look at you like, "What the heck are you looking at?" This is because they want their privacy. Therefore, putting your cat's litter box in a secluded corner or enclosed area is most preferred.

  • Cats are very instinctive and territorial. Still having their primal instincts they prefer to pee in an area where they have, or another cat has peed. So, when you go to clean your cat's litter box, always leave some of the old litter in the box so they're reminded that it's their's, plus they feel more comfortable.  Also, try avoid using a plastic bag underneath the litter, leaving a good portion of the old litter is better than removing all of it.

  • Along with having a nice location for litter boxes, enough for each cat and privacy, another tip to avoid your cat peeing NEAR the litter box is to put down an old towel underneath the box. When cats leave the litter box after they pee, their paws have litter and pee on them. Once they start walking on the carpet or tile the odor will transfer to those areas. Therefore, they smell their pee near the litter box and think its O.K. to pee there.

  • Some people are cat and dog lovers. More often than not the cat andxxxxx 1031 dog actually get along or the dog just loves to play fight with the cat.  In one case that Mr. Martin noticed in one of his customer's home is that the cat's litter box was located right next to the dog crate! So, sometimes when the cat went to pee, the dog would bark, get excited and scare the cat away. So, instead of getting scared away by barks she would rather pee in a more tranquil location, the sofa.

"I just bought this couch, why is she peeing on it?!"

If you just bought a new piece of furniture and your cat is drawn to it like light from a UFO their is probably another smell that the cat does not like and feels it must pee to make sure their smell is the only one. If you buy furniture that was located on the display floor, people have sat on it before. Those people may own cats and transfer the smell to your new furniture. You probably don't smell this but your cat does and, therefore, will pee on it to claim its territory. Therefore, try avoid buying furniture from the display floor, or have it cleaned before placing it in your home.
Note: If you have bought your couch, loveseat or other furniture items from the display floor PetPeePee System Guarantees to Remove the Urine Odor so your cat may not be provocked to pee on it. DSC_0149
